WOYWW #201 - Metal

Hello to  you WoWers.  Firstly may I say welcome to my newest blog followers and thank you for choosing to follow me... Plus details of what I'm talking about hop over to the Stamping Ground for details. No desk today but pics from the Metal class for use in Embroidery I went on yesterday on my birthday (don't think I mentioned it before, ie my birthday)  Enough already!.  These are the samples from the lovely tutor Carole Waddle

Close up of a piece incorporating metal with machine stitching.
This is a piece of fabric Carole has dyed, stitched added metal etc.

the lovely lady herself.
and this is my effort for the day.  Abit of metal weaving, folding then painted with paint and removed again.  Pieces put through a ribbler and embossed .  I had a good day with my friend Chris.

Hope you enjoy, should be back to normal service next week and possibly the a tidy desk, well we live in hope.  Wishing you all a good day...
